"Our room was not cleaned during our stay. Since there was a sign on the bathroom mirror indicating it would be cleaned every other day we were surprised when it wasn't done. We asked why it wasn't clean and were told we needed to request that service. After pushing the issue, we were then told that we had a do not disturb sign on our door which wasn't true. "

I reserved a 2 queen room and at check in they gave me a king bed only, did not tell me they switched it and when I showed them my reservation they told me it was my fault despite the reservation clearly showing 2 queens! "Restroom was clean except for the hair on shower walls, side of the tub, and sink.. windows had cracks in them. The bed was horrible at best. Felt like sleeping on a old sofa pull out bed."
