"The property is in desperate need of a refurbishment, the pictures look lovely but the reality is a very different story. We found glass on the carpet, mould all over the bathroom. The taps were hanging off, toilet roll holder has come off the wall and just been put in a drawer. Mould in the drawer where the bed linens are stored. Many spiders and webs about.
