"On the Russian River, with trees around. Quiet even with a lot of activity on the river. Restaurant onsite for dinner was a plus. Good continental breakfast included. Our room was very spacious with balcony on third floor with river views. Our room was air conditioned which we used during the day. There is no elevator so be prepared to climb to second floor for a lot of the rooms."

"I booked a stay here for my and my partner’s anniversary. Upon arrival, we received an incredibly warm and festive greeting by staff, a delicious glass of wine, and a run down of the property amenities and suggestions for local activities and attractions. There notified us of some damage to the original room I booked by previous guests, and they were nice enough to upgrade us to a larger, poolside suite at no extra charge. "Nice place and nice location. But very thin walls and when a car parked in our spot and then was idling from 445 am to 5 am we didn't get any more sleep. When we asked the manager why that spot isn't for the room we were we were immediately given an odd and defensive reaction and were told we were staying in the cheapest($200) room and that we should have contacted her...at 445 in the morning! Not sure how to do that since the staff was all gone at 3 pm night before. Not sure why if you're in...

"advance notice on checkin should be shared earlier. The property has poor wifi- could not connect at all. I had to leave the property to connect. I have two cell phones and neither one connected. Because of limited wifi connection, you should share advance checkin code to avoid these issues upon arriving."

"The Boho Hotel should be called the Hobo Hotel because the rooms are dirty and rundown. The bathroom had water damage and mold growth near the shower. The carpets had stains on them, and the front entry door was warped. The place was short-staffed, and those folks seemed overwhelmed and didn't have any answers. They were completely clueless. Hobo hotel fees were obscene, given the lack of quality of the rooms. The cocktails were expensive and seemed to be missing some key ingredi ents."
