"STAY IN THE MARRA TOWER, IT HAS BEEN RENOVATED. ONLY ISSUE WAS WHEN WE FIRST CHECKED IN THEY DID NOT HAVE THE MY ROOM AVAILABLE. WE WERE FORCED TO STAY IN THE ALEXANDRIA TOWER. MUSTY AND ROOMS THAT DEFINITELY NEED TO REMODELED. ORIGINALLY WANTED TO TWO QUEEN BEDS , GOT A MUSTY ROOM ONE KING BED AND A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE COT. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE FIRST NIGHT DIDNT GO WELL. SAHARA HAD THE ROOM I PAID FOR READY THE NEXT MORNING AND WAIVED THE DAILY FEE FOR THE DAY. ONCE WE HAD THE QUEEN BEDS...

"I celebrated not only my husbands bday but Mothers Day with my mother during this trip. I’m excited to say this hotel checked all the boxes!! Awesome staff especially at checkin, bell man, housekeepers, pool attendants, pool bartenders….they gave awesome recommendations for us to enjoy Vegas. We are planning to return with kiddos in September.
S/n the only reason I didn’t give 5 Stars is bc we decided to checkout the “Timeshare” experience since we’ve been discussing purchasing. The gentleman...

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
