"I stayed 4 nights and did not receive regular room cleaning services. Although we requested housekeeping at the front desk, the room was cleaned for only one day during our stay. Additionally the reservation was paid in full through Expedia; however I was charged again directly by the hotel, horrible service"

"The hotel is not in a good area. Lots of homeless in area. We checked in, dropped off our luggage in the room and the room had an unpleasant smell. We turned on the air conditioning and set it at 68 degrees hoping the smell would dissipate. We went to eat and then went to the Stars game. About six hours later we returned to our room and it still smelled. The air conditioner was not working and the room was warm and muggy. Would not recommend this hotel."
