"The hotel was in a prime location to allowing easy access to explore the China Town. It was also in close enough distance to the event we were there for at the McCormick place which allowed us to take a quick bus ride there. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and professional and we definitely would stay again and reccomend. There are full size Shampoo, Conditioner, bodywash, lotion and handsoap creating convinience. The bed was comfortable and on the firmer side but still soft enough for comfort. There was no Parking lot or ramp for vehicles at this hotel but there is a public parking lot for a fee down the block and there is free street parking. It gets pretty busy in the evening so finding free street parking was a challange but still manageble. Would stay again in the future for sure. "
