"The manager/front desk personnel was extremely kind and accommodating, checking the room and allowing me to check-in earlier than usual. Very large and clean unit and the outside areas were brightened by beautiful flowers. Would definitely return."

"Property was over priced for quality. Bed cover had stain (red) was either jelly or blood. Hope it was jelly. Bed was messy when made on far side . Parking was at a minimum and had to walk up hill to get to room. Not handicap friendly. One lady barely got her father up steps. He had a walker and thought it was a ground level. But there are steps. Breakfast is a grab and go. Not really an included breakfast. Was first disappointment on a multi week trip"

The bad: - This is a MOTEL -- not a hotel - No elevator - Small rooms - No freezer in the room - Insufficient parking -- you'll end up in overflow behind the building, hauling your bags through the lot and up the stairs This felt more like a Travelodge than a Best Western."

"Inside the room was brand new everything. So even though it's an older motel, once you're in the room, the decor was actually quite lovely - the little touches like the dresser and toilet paper holder, the quality of the shower curtain - all really good quality. Loved the kitchenette. Parking spots were a little tight length-wise for our truck. There was a step to get into our room."

"Place is in a great location, in the center of Old Bandon Town. Room was quaint and clean. Code that we were given didn’t work at first but they responded quickly when I called and provided a new code. Also the toilet wasn’t working. The chain to flush the toilet wasn’t hooked. My husband tried to hook it up but it just wouldn’t stay. I was only there one night and therefore didn’t advise them of the situation but I’m sure they would’ve fixed it right away. Other than that I definitely recommend...

"We have stayed here before which is why I booked again. But there is a change in ownership. The office was closed and had to go to hotel up the street to ck in. Just a little inconvenience but the rooms are always nice & clean and love the location for an easy walk to Old town for dinner, breakfast & some shopping,"

Upon arrival and showing my Expedia Booking and proper Identification, I was told by the young man at the counter that "we do not accept online payments, all payments must be made in person". I again presented my booking #, as well as the digital receipt, and showed him the charge debiting my bank account. He spouted the same ridiculousness again, and... I gave up.
