Cari Kondominium di South Solon

"Great"

"Shower/tub were very dirty, one of the bed spreads was visibly dirty/stained, and breakfast options were not attended to or replenished and hot items were pretty cold. Truthfully, it was overpriced for the quality...or lack thereof."

"We actually didn’t get to stay at this hotel because at check in we were told they didn’t have a room for us. We reserved a Suite on7/29 and when we went for our stay on 10/9 we were told there was water damage in the room and we could not stay in it and they could not accommodate us. They did not contact us at all to inform us of the situation. Expedia tried to find us another hotel close by but we ended up having to drive back home. Do not stay at this hotel!!!"

"There was blood spots and dog urine on the bed sheets!! The chair was filthy, there was something in between the couch cushions I don’t even know what it was cause I didn’t want to touch it. There was black mold in the shower, the shower floor was gray with dirt. There was disgusting garbage piled up at the building entrance. This place was absolutely gross!! Front desk staff didn’t seem to care. I checked out moments after check in, returned the keys and showed them the pictures I took....

"Do updates"

"Entire property had a distinct odor throughout. Carpet pulling up in hallway and stairwell Roku tv that didn’t work."

"Beautiful inside, nice pool, friendly/helpful staff. I think for this price breakfast should be included. Breakfast is $17.00 or $18.00 a person. We had a fun time at the Ohio Renaissance festival close by there. Not much other stuff around."

"Friendly staff. Getting coffee felt like a hassle. But the coffee was delicious and, again, the staff was super kind."

"Room had terrible mildew smell, the rest of room was also kinda dirty unfortunately. I was disappointed they couldn’t refund me some money"

"Only wall light in sleeping area and the switch was by the entry door. Would have liked a lamp by the bed."
