"Great stay! Loved accessibility to the subway. Easy to navigate uptown and downtown and drops you right at the front door of the hotel. Perfect for late night transit. Area is walkable and feels very safe (we were two female travelers). Printemps department store is a block away and a must see! Hotel bar is a good deal - loved the espresso martini. "The rooms were very spacious for NYC and quite clean. Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the stay. The only inconvenience was that housekeeping came so late, around 6 pm."

"This was a perfect stay for our family trip. It offered enough space and privacy from while traveling with teenagers. The location was great. Quick walk to Wall St, Battery Park, and the Brooklyn Bridge. It was close to dining and subway station. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property."

"The staff was great, but the iPad based TV control did not function reliably for the duration of our stay. I doubt there is anything the staff could have directly done to fix this since it seemed to be more of a hardware/software issue than one of the staff themselves. Overall a great location, the rooftop bar was gorgeous with one of the best views I’ve seen of Manhattan."

"Dope stay"

"The first 2 days the housekeeper came at 9 am which is 6 am our time and we were sleeping. I asked her to come back in an hour and she never did. The next 2 days she came the room was barely cleaned. I liked the decor but the speckled mirror wasn’t ideal as we wanted a useful Mirror and the glass door to the bathroom let in light when someone was sleeping and someone else wanted to use the bathroom. The guys at the desk were very friendly and helped us when we were leaving."
