"Great hotel in great location in Jakarta, easy access to Grand Indonesia. Rooms are clean and spacious. However, service and maintenance need to be looked after especially during peak season. We had to make several calls before an extra towel was delivered. The dryer in one of our rooms did not work, the ac on the other room was not cold just because the filter was clogged. But afterall, stay at Ascott Jakarta is always pleasant, especially during the Idul Fitri Holiday."
