"The hotel is great. New, clean and very comfortable. The only downside was that the door to the street (side door) was not completely closed, they put a rock to keep the door open, we removed it 2 times and found the door open again, as we were on the 1st floor and near to the door, we did not feel safe."

"I didn't like that when I went to go check in, I was told my room was canceled.
On the booking site, it said , PAY AT PROPERTY at check in.... When I went to check in and pay, I was told that my credit card couldn't be processed.. Why are they trying to run my credit card if I hadn't even checked in? Now if I had gone in, in person and my card couldn't be processed, then I would understand it being canceled..
I booked this room in January and had the funds to pay at check in..
