"The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open."

"Are you a student? Do you have no standards for where you stay? Then Bryson Court may be the place for you! The room was tired, there were marks on the walls, the bed was uncomfortable and dirty. The bathroom was okay, but no soaps etc in the room. One towel only. The shower drain was dirty and smelt awful. Kitchen was shared with undegrad students who were staying full time. "

"A lovely flat close to all the amenities and transport hubs in Sunderland. Only a 20min walk to the Stadium of Light if you are going to the football. There is a great curry house just next door and a Wetherspoon across the road for breakfast. "

We could either pay an insurance fee or a deposit which would be returned minus an administration fee 14 days after we vacated the property - why 14 days?
