"The information in the booklet was an accurate as to how to contact reception. It recommended in two different places to dial 0# which was also written on the small insert on the wall phone! If they had of been an emergency there would’ve been no communication possible. I randomly tried dialling 9 which connected me with the very pleasant and efficient receptionist. We had three different receptionists and everyone was super pleasant, really helpful which made our stay all the more enjoyable –...
