"Room was nice but the aircon wasn't working in the hotel. Our room was so hot it was uncomfortable and struggled to sleep even with the fan on. We had a late Hyrox on Friday night so checked the website which said we could book a table for dinner up to 10pm with food served until 11pm. Arrived at 9:55pm and were told we couldn't order food unless it was for room service. As our room was so hot, there was no way we could eat there. "Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc. However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other.
