"The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention."

The deco is dated but everything was clean, the staff lovely and what a view!! If you want luxury, 5* accommodation, this isn't for you. I asked a couple of questions but got no reply ... it was advertised on expedia as having parking which was the main reason we booked it but there is no room anywhere near the property to park which i feel is false advertisising ...other than this we enjoyed our stay in Beautiful St Ives .... reply "
