"Room was lovely, very comfortable bed and products in the bathroom were of high quality. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Jack who found me softer pillows at 10pm when I asked. Breakfast was great, lots of options at the buffet and cooked breakfast was delicious"

"Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Room was clean but there were very few power points and the shower head leaked so badly water sprayed up into the ceiling when you used the shower. I think this is a very busy place and it just needs a bit of TLC."
