"Shower in a room on 4th floor hot water would not adjust. It would either be too hot or too cold. Management put the room out of order and upgraded us to a 3rd floor room that was the best nights sleep we had had in days."

"We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and modern hotel. The room was clean, cozy, modern, quiet and comfortable for the night. I will stay next time I’m in the area. Oh yeah, they had a pretty great free breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, cereal, muffins, bagels, coffee and juices. And they even refilled stuff when it ran out.
