"The whole 4th floor smelled bad. The rooms were not clean and the bathrooms had rust stains."

"We never unpacked in our room. There were stains on the bed and mold in the shower. We stood at the front desk for 30 minutes and no one came so we left our keys and left the property. I tried to call the hotel 26 times in the next 24 hours and no one would answer. The front desk clerk hangs out in one of the rooms and watches a camera over the front desk. The swimming pool was green and had algae in it. This place looks like a rent by the hour place and needs shut down."

"No elevator with a room on the second floor. We could not stay as we would not be able to get our suitcases up the stairs. They did refund our prepayment without issue."

"We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and modern hotel. The room was clean, cozy, modern, quiet and comfortable for the night. I will stay next time I’m in the area. Oh yeah, they had a pretty great free breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, cereal, muffins, bagels, coffee and juices. And they even refilled stuff when it ran out. "We were in town for a baseball tournament and ended up staying at the Everhome Suites. I was hesitant to book at first because of how much cheaper it was than the surrounding hotels but I am so glad I did. This hotel was so clean and well kept. The room was spacious with everything we needed. The hotel gym is big and has nice equipment. Outside terrace area was nice to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather we had while we were in town. If I have to come back to Wichita this is where I will...

"First night in the room, shower didn't have hardly any water pressure. I was able to switch rooms. Next day some "employee" helped himself an walked right in the room, saying it was past check out time. My reservation was from Wednesday through saturday,. I go to front desk ask if everything was ok, they acted like the guy was only there to pick up items for another location. English wasn't their main language, so I walked away."
