"There are several room types/tiers, so my experience is only with the "Dog Friendly - queen & king" room. The room was a good size, and the beds were comfy. Everything was clean when we walked in. Considering the hotel is on the beach and features two pools (plus the neighboring sister resorts), we did note a lack of functions around beach sand, wet suits, and towels - things of that nature. "The check in was not very helpful. She seemed annoyed when I asked questions. We tried to book by calling the place but it was $75 cheaper to book through Expedia. The fire alarm chirped all throughout the night waking us up, even going off at one point. The sleep was horrible because of it. We let the front desk know and she said we weren’t the only ones complaining and that’s to bad. They seemed annoyed we were there for one night."

"Nice private beach and indoor and outdoor pools. The maids and grounds people were nice -the rest were condescending. Only thing we liked was the beach front location. The room is a typical old cape motel room ,upgraded a bit baths is same. Has a decent TV, (when it worked) a fridge, a safe, 2 pods of coffee. "This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!"

"Everything about Sandwich Inn and Suites was wonderful. The staff is exceptional. The property is lovely and well tended. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast fantastic. Terry was at the front desk when we arrived for a girls getaway and couldn’t have been more accommodating. We will definitely return."
