"This Hotel is 5 star. I love this Staybridge so much. It feels like home. Comfortable beds. Clean. Peaceful. Breakfast is hot and plenty of choices. They have an afternoon/evening simple meal. They have a bar. I forgot my toothpaste they have complimentary ones. It felt great to use. 10/10. I have been booking this hotel since Feb of 2025 when my daughter was visiting Tuskegee University, now she is a student there. We came back a few more times. Still the same friendly, welcoming staff. I will continue to book this hotel and any other staybridge hotel in any other state because I know I will get the same service. "

"1/2 roll of toilet paper, nearly empty tissue box, had to request clean towels twice to get 2 delivered, pool not operational most of the time, no paper or ink in the business center printer, napping staff at the front desk, nice facilities, staff was inattentive "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I wasn't going to post a public review, but the hotel denied our refund request. This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I've had on this platform. The provided photos are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the rooms. We booked four rooms for an overnight stay, and they were all unacceptable. Our room had mold on the ceiling, cigarette burns in the curtains, and a greasy, slimy kitchen floor. Another room was infested with roaches. Overall, the rooms were not properly cleaned. The staff left shortly after our check-in, forcing us to seek alternative accommodations. Furthermore, the location is in a concerning area, with suspicious activity observed in the parking lot and surrounding neighborhoods upon our arrival. I intend to report this property to the Better Business Bureau, as it is unfit for operation as a hotel. "

"We stay here once or twice a year. It is a great location for a stopover when traveling through. There is not much as far as walkable activities but we find that we have everything within the hotel that we need."
