"Amazing service! From the shuttle ride from crazy Bangkok to the hotel lobby, the service was outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport. If you follow the hotels emailed procedures to hop the free shuttle, you will be forever grateful. The airport is insane but the shuttle desk located at door 4 was a sight for sore eyes. The van is right there and the staff will not let you lift a finger. "

"We only had the room from about 6:30pm to about 7am for a 16 hr layover enroute from Paris to Sydney, Australia. We were upgraded. Room was very spacious and confortable however jet lag still affected our sleep. Buffet dinner was excellent for special Singapore National Day price of SG$60pp inclusive of all fees/taxes. Normally SG$120 + taxes/fees. Included breakfast was excellent as well. Great hotel for long layovers but expensive. Cost was offset by considerable savings on air fares by taking long layovers each way to Europe which we hoped would help with jet lag. We chose this hotel for our return layover due to its direct access to the airport. Very convenient."
