"Spacious room, very clean. Despite of apparently being old, the hotel is in very good conditions. Restaurants , bars and swimming pool are great but a bit pricy. The river shuttle to the mall is very convenient. Staff is great "

"Could not recommend the ShangriLa enough. We stayed over the Halloween weekend and the lengths staff went to delight their customers was incredible. The speed boat transfer is also so fun.. drummers on arrival too, such a special family vacation! We loved it!!"

"UK visitors here. Staff were great. Housekeeping was great and rooms were clean and had everything we needed (Air con, kitchen and facilities, 2 bathrooms, access to communal washing machine and dryer, close to orchard road, access to hotel next door). There was smell of sewage in the Master room a couple times during the week we were there but we couldn't work out where it was coming from. Great location, nice pool. Couldn't be happier with our stay!"
