"Clean Room was big and spacious Breakfast lacked options. Coffee was weak. Staff was nice. Had an issue with deposit on their end. My bank showed it but their system said it declined. Only issue we had was not being able to use the pool because it was filled with screaming kids."

"The family suite was really nice. The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed sitting out under the gazebo near the pool. I would have liked to have been able to access my Netflix but it wasn't available. The elevator near our room wasn't working but it wasn't too far to take a different elevator. Everyone was friendly and overall I enjoyed my stay."

"This is literally the nicest hotel I have stayed in in all of Alabama. Staff was SO nice on the phone and accommodated us with no issue for early check-in, when we did check in everyone was genuinely so nice. The suite was so much nicer than it looks in pics (and it looks great in pics) me and my friend could not stop saying how amazing this property was. 10/10 5⭐️ WILL BE BACK!!! Thank you to all staff btw you all are so awesome :-)"
