The Desk Man first said $30 for a 3 hour late checkout then said $50 (trying to gouge us) then we called later to do the late checkout and they said it was booked (was a sunday so wasnt booked). Also neighbor tried to break into side door (bolt lock didnt work) we told front desk lady and she said shed get maintenance on it and it never got fixed. the staff sucks there!"

"Our king suite was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. We were provided two bath towels each day, but only one hand towel and one washcloth. Only one bar of soap was provided, and it had to be shared between the basin and the tub/shower. There is a lengthy wait for hot water but then the shower is good.
