"I had myself a little staycation at The Avenue for one night while my house was being tented and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and from the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful.
One of the highlights was the rooftop deck—especially the warm pool, which was perfect on a cool Miami evening. The views overlooking the City of Coral Gables were stunning and made for such a relaxing end to the day.

"Y husband and I have traveled a good bit, and this is the cleanest hotel where we have ever stayed! The staff was constantly cleaning, inside and out. When we first arrived I thought the room was old and dated, but the cleanliness made up for it. The pool was lovely, the fact that it is right on the ocean was fantastic and the restaurant was amazing. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Thia our third time staying since they opened. Management made us feel so special! Like they truly cared about loyalty. This day and age that is nearly non-existant anymore. Only thing i can suggeat is better communication with cleaning staff. Seems to still have some growing pains in that area but absolutely beautiful rooms and beautiful hotel
