"The hotel itself is in a decent area. It felt safe. The staff at check in were wonderful. However, the room was dirty and had not been cleaned well for some time. The shower was disgusting with soap scum and hair on the walls. The floor looked like it wasn’t swept or mopped after the last occupant left. The bedding was clean and smelled fine but otherwise the cleanliness was awful. "

"This is a 0 star hotel, it's so terrible. Their rooms are very dirty, in fact, I got sick. I spend a night and the next day I was sick. The rooms are musty and very dirty. Another room is very, very dirty and dilapidated. Another room has bed bugs. I checked out the next morning, they said they will refund me my second night but until now they have not refund me still. It has been almost a month now."

"The reason for just an okay rating is because the hotel needs a lot of updating to do. It’s stuck in the late 80’s in terms of bathroom and overall look. The room smell needs some improvement and also the HVAC sysytem needs updating and duct cleaning is needed. There’s some construction materials all over the place and it is not pleasing to the eyes. The breakfast was ok. The price we paid for was too much for what we got to stay in the hotel. "

"Upon arrival at 4:30pm on Fri 3/13 I was told our room was not ready and we would need to wait about 30 minutes. I told the young man we needed to get changed because we had an event at 6:00pm. We finally got checked in around 5:05pm. The room was not satisfactory! Lighting was horrible - the room was dark even with all lights on. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink; Only 1 mirror in the room and that was the bathroom. The bed/mattress was sunken in the middle - very uncomfortable. I...

"The AC and hot water works great. The pool had stuff floating in it. Jets in hot tub was not functioning properly. The front desk personnel were the west part of the stay. One girl who was there when we checked in and was the only person who kept the service from being poor. The other 3 people I dealt with were rude and when you ask them a question they referred you to the manager, who according to the name tag was the person I dealt with last"

"The staff upon check in was nice but the reservation didn’t allow for the Hilton check in app (digital key) as my email indicated, so the extra time at a late night check in was inconvenient. The room itself had a smell to it as you can tell it’s “pet friendly” and the rug seemed wet (maybe they were shampooed?).
