"The first room i was given, both beds base had rods sticking out. The dresser handles were so sticky and grimy. The room also looked like it hasn’t been dusted and a while. We had to wipe everything down. Not to mention the room smelled of weed. To top it all off, after the first day i then realized that you could just open the room door without a key card….i had to get a new room and move all my family’s stuff, repack and unpack. The second room i was in was better but not really, the sheets had stains on them. And the curtains had what looked to be chocolate stains. It was awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Management needs to do better."
