"Very disappointing experience at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace. I booked a king bed room through Expedia, but when we arrived, we were told our room had been given away. We were instead placed in a room with two queen beds, which was not what we booked or wanted.
I appreciate the $50 Hilton credit they offered, but honestly, it did not make up for the inconvenience or the overall experience. The replacement room was also not up to the standard I expected from Hilton.

"Power outlets were faulty, shower spits water out not at a comfortable setting . Spiders in our room . They did what they could and moved us to a better room . Staff was great , overall experience was okay . Can find something cheaper ? Absolutely. Thought for the price was going to be more upscale . Typical hotel , promoting behind the “Hilton” label."
