"The person who helped me over the phone was very accommodating and helped with getting an accessible shower. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Room was very clean and spacious. Artwork really added to the room! Will book again 😊"

"It’s a good price for Banff area, it’s a 2 minute drive from the actual town and they have shuttle services. I like the separate units like townhomes, but with that you have to request for your room to be cleaned in advanced. The room itself is ok, I noticed dust on the walls and some ceiling paint is cracking, the shower handle also came off while I was turning the water off."

"Breakfast is not included in your stay it’s an extra fee! Hotel room was nice but it definitely was a bit noisy coming from the hallway into our room ( you could hear people talking, kids running and people knocking on the doors etc). Blinds don’t go very dark at all either so we had a bit of light coming in from the street sadly. Otherwise beds were comfortable but pillows were too soft ( we asked for firmer ones and they were no different lol). Pool & hot tub were nice enough."
