"Our flight was cancelled so we had to book a last minute stay on a busy weekend.. we were happy to find a place for the night! Not the closest to the airport and was disappointed when we called to be picked up by the shuttle at the airport that they said there was not one?? When we got to the hotel we asked about the shuttle— it was advertised on their website and in the hotel as well as parked in the lot. They said yes they had one and took us to the airport the next day. When inquiring why we were told there was not one when we called they thought we dialed another hotel but we confirmed the number we used was indeed their number.. unsure about the disconnect there. Was located next to a huge movie/entertainment complex so would be good for kids."
