But we arrived with the entire lobby wet and no wet wet floor signs. Then when we arrived in our room it was dirty and we needed to request a vacuum and they had us vacuum it ourselves. "The hotel is under renovation, so I tried to understand the strong paint smell. That would have been find, until I got to the room and found the bathroom was not clean. The air in the room did not work. The room was hot and uncomfortable all night. It was too expensive to find it in this condition. "

"The arcade and restaurant on the website was not available. False advertising. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Could use some updating but for the price not bad."

"It was a decent place for an over night stay. They only have a Nescafé coffee machine that you have to wait in line for. It wasn’t working right so we should have used the small one in our room. It would make a lot of people happy if they had regular coffee carafes like every other hotel. "

"Staff greeted us well and were friendly toward pets. Easy check-in, and quiet atmosphere. Room was clean. Breakfast bar was nothing to boast about. Few guests made it difficult to be prepared for those who did want a hot breakfast. Perhaps management could consider offering a pre-order card to guests when volume is so low in order to prepare what is appropriate."
