"Mattress was beyond hard. Really unbelievable. Check-in self-service would not take a credit card unless you had a PIN. No place to sit, relax or work. Any area where you might think to go was reservation only, so you couldn't just go to relax or read at random times. Rooms are too small to do any of this in. Lobby was always full of tour groups and stacked luggage. Bathrooms were super small. "

Lounge area was acceptable and provided adult beverages as well. Receptionist front counter staff were very helpful and kind. Laundry service was acceptable and staff help to learn the process. "

This was a very different experience to the hotel we had in Tokyo. Water is a basic necessity, the hotel should look into their policy on this."
