"I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. I was not feeling well when I arrived, and they graciously allowed me to check in early at no additional charge, which I truly appreciated. One of the staff members also went out of their way to help me with my luggages as I was heading to the bus station to catch the airport bus. Their thoughtfulness made a real difference. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!"

"Excellent location if you are staying in Kyoto. Right next to Kyoto station which is great if you go on day trips. Rooms are small as with other Kyoto hotels but we managed. Laundromat is busy during prime evening hours so plan accordingly. Sushi place next door is excellent and so fresh."

"I love the hotel room, it’s spacious. toilet , sink and bathroom are separate. they provide amenity in the lobby and you can help yourself with mask hair oil , personal care items They also have free work shop in the afternoon and we make Japanese fan , free ice cream dessert in the afternoon."

"The hotel is relatively near Kyoto Station (20min walk or 13min drive). The rooms are clean, fairly spacious, and full of convenient amenities. In my room, there was a small desk, a futon bed, and a desk atop a tatami mat. Each bathroom includes a heated toilet, heated tub, and a shower. Room slippers are provided. The staff were excellent.
