"Apparantly Expedia doesn't tell us that there is a room tax, payable in cash, once you arrive at the hotel. So, that was a bit of a surprise. Also, we arrived early and the girl at the front desk just told us to put our bags to the side, didn't show much interest in helping us, or being friendly. Other than that, the stay was excellent. The rooms are amazing, beds are incredible, bathroom is superb!"

"Location is convenient, only a 3 minute walk from Gojo subway station. You can actually walk to Gion and train station if you have some time to stroll. I have only seen the staff at check-in. The rest of time I did not see a soul at front desk. Questions during stay were handled through Line and they were not very helpful. They do not accept luggage delivery nor do they help ship luggage."

"家族３人とペット1頭で利用。 部屋も広く、きれいにされており快適に過ごすことができた。 駅からそこそこ離れた 住宅街であるが、幹線道路も近い割にうるさくなく、スーパーや飲食店も近くにあるためいいロケーションでした。 生活に必要なものも一式揃っており宿泊施設としては非常に満足できた。 前の宿泊者が残したと思われるゴミがベッドの下に落ちていたり、ペット用のフードが残っていたところは残念だが、大した問題点でもなくペットフレンドリーな良い宿泊場所だと感じた。"

"Great location, super modern and clean, staff was very friendly and even had a birthday card for my daughter and let us use a Polaroid camera to make memories. They saw us dressed up in kimonos and came outside to take pictures of us. Even told us where to pose so you could see the beautiful temple in the background. Overall, this was a beautiful place and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend"
