But when you don’t get the room cleaned or the amenities like towels and it leads to a 20 minute argument at the desk - it leads to a bad experience and thus HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS HOTEL. "This is a lovely hotel super close to the Kyoto train station. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Rooms are reasonable size. Bottles of water are supplied but it would be nice for them to be in the fridge cold after a long day. A generous selection of toiletries, tea, coffee and tourist information on the entrance level.
