"I would have given this place a 5 star rating IF the staff knew the 1st thing about customer service. The rooms were nice and large - and the location was great! But when you don’t get the room cleaned or the amenities like towels and it leads to a 20 minute argument at the desk - it leads to a bad experience and thus HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS HOTEL. After all you ARE paying a premium for this hotel - so do you REALLY want the hassle and have management that couldn’t give a damm...
