"This hotel is a perfect place to unwind after a busy day in Kyoto. All staff are kind and extremely generous with their assistance. We stayed in the Family Room with private balcony. What a treat! It was great having access to water, soda water, coffee, tea and other soda’s. A nice little touch. Amenities were available. A great location. Breakfast was a basic western meal but quite good! And, yes the room can be busy at times. But a great way to start the day ;)"

"We loved our stay. The hotel is very modern and our room was a very good size. So great to have a kitchenette and laundry. The location is perfect, 5 min walk to the metro in one direction, and a bus stop in the other. We enjoyed evening strolls in the streets around the temples and towards Gion for dinner, and the rooftop bar in the Nogha Hotel next door is also great..The lobby was often staffed, and they were always very friendly. "Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. This was a great place for us to spend our 5 nights in Kyoto as it was close/walking distance from Kyoto station and had more than enough space for our family of four. We were looking for something that had ensuite laundry and a kitchenette so we could prepare our own meals, and this location had both. To make it more convenient, it would have been nice if they had a few more items in the suite like a iron/ironing board, which is usually in hotel...

"The room is even better in person. Really big, you can tell that everything is new. The hotel provided more than I was expecting. Location is great, near to bus stops and train station, supermarkets and restaurants. If I ever go back to Kyoto, I'd definitely gonna go back to the same place. "
