"Great hotel opposite Kyoto Station so very handy. Room was spacious which is unusual in Japan. Had a laundry room which was only ¥600 to use although we had to hang up clothes in room as it didn't dry them completely. Loads of good restaurants nearby in station (who would have thought) as well as combinis. Several shopping malls close by as well. Overall a good hotel and one I'd stay at again."

The lounge with hot and cold drinks was fantastic along with a superb wide ranging breakfast buffet containing continental and Japanese favourites. We used the compact gym with dumbbells, cycle machine and treadmills which was accessible at peak times. You could view the laundry machines via QR code available from your room TV which was helpful.
