"Location is convenient, only a 3 minute walk from Gojo subway station. You can actually walk to Gion and train station if you have some time to stroll. I have only seen the staff at check-in. The rest of time I did not see a soul at front desk. Questions during stay were handled through Line and they were not very helpful. They do not accept luggage delivery nor do they help ship luggage."

"家族３人とペット1頭で利用。 部屋も広く、きれいにされており快適に過ごすことができた。 駅からそこそこ離れた住宅街であるが、幹線道路も近い割にうるさくなく、スーパーや飲食店も近くにあるためいいロケーションでした。 生活に必要なものも一式揃っており宿泊施設としては非常に満足できた。 前の宿泊者が残したと思われるゴミがベッドの下に落ちていたり、ペット用のフ ードが残っていたところは残念だが、大した問題点でもなくペットフレンドリーな良い宿泊場所だと感じた。"

"This location is at a peaceful part of Kyoto. The train nearby wasn't too loud contrary to other reviews. In the mornings, it does get very bright in the bedroom though. Some parts of the building was also a bit dusty However, it is very spacious for 2 people. The washing machine and dryer was also very convenient and a life saver at times. The amenities provided were also very good."
