"This hotel is very well located across the Kyoto Station. I communicated with the hotel about arriving early in the morning and leaving my bags there before returning to officially check in after 3 pm. Upon arrival, the feeling was pretty unwelcoming. Out of the 2 front-desk receptionists, the older male looked highly unwelcoming upfront. After learning about my early arrival and need to leave my bags there for a few hours, he refused to take them as promised before. After I explained to both...
