"This Kyoto hostel completely overturned my impression of local accommodations being typically cramped. Very clean and comfortable. "We had a great time! Beautiful room with great amenities! Onsen in balcony was the best thing. Room service was on point and all the staff were very attentive and very very nice! On the way back home on a rainy day one of the female staff kindly came outside and helped me carry suit case in taxi. She kindly told me to get in the car first because it’s raining and she said she will take care of suit case. I am very pleased with this Omotenashi service and I have so much respect and appreciation....

"ホテルは駅からとても近く、施設も新しく、大浴場もあって非常に満足です。また、ルームカードをかざさないとエレベーター階を押せないのも、セキュリティ上安心です。
ただ、一点だけ不満なのが男性スタッフです。女性スタッフはとても丁寧で問題ないのですが、私がフロントで対応された男性スタッフは、駐車場に関する説明が不親切で、愛想も悪く、印象が悪かったです。今どき珍しいなと思いました。"
