The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary beverages offered daily from 3:00 pm were a lovely bonus. "The hotel is a beautiful property, my friends and I were very excited for our stay here in Kyoto. Unfortunately upon arrival, we were told that the room I booked through Expedia only allows 2 adults, even though Expedia says it’s for 4 people. There were 3 of us, so we did not think it would be an issue, but the staff said it’s for 2 adults and 2 children. To us it really made little sense, especially since no where on Expedia does it specify what kind of persons are allowed. If you can fit 2...

"初めての京都旅行で利用させていただきました。京都駅から近く便利でした。 スタッフの方々もとても丁寧で素敵でした。自由に利用できるドリンクサービスや大浴場もあって真夏の京都でしたが、しっかり疲れもとれて、快適に過ごすことができました。 お部屋も清潔で満足です。一番感動したのは朝食ビュッフェです。とってもおいしくて、ついつい食べ過ぎてしまいました（笑） 料金も含めすべてにおいてとても素敵なホテルだと思います。また京都に行く際は利用させていただきます。"

"Great property. Good location close a lot of things. The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were good size. Very clean. We rented bikes and it was very easy. Laundry room was easy to use. I would recommend. They also facilitated the luggage transfer to another hotel in an other city which is helpful. Overall, I think this is great hotel and I would stay here again."
