"Our stay didnt include breakfast but its available in their restaurant but a bit exoensive for us. Laundry service available but expensive. They have customer lounge but has entrance fee but we didnt use this. Theres no aircon in our room but space was decent. We have a good view of Kyoto station and it wasnt loud at night. Staffs are very friendly and even we have to do late check out they were very acconodating and understanding. We also used their Ta Q Bin to send luggage directly to our hotel in Tokyo and it was very smooth process. "
