The lobby had an excellent common area that included free tea, coffee, filtered water, and Sake tasting. The hotel had aroma therapy in the main lobby, so be advised if you are extremely sensitive to smells, even really good ones. "Small but lovely property with friendly receptionist who spoke good English. We stayed in the garden room on the ground floor which was a little dark even during the day, but very nice. Easy walk to the station was a bonus."

"I love the hotel room, it’s spacious. toilet , sink and bathroom are separate. they provide amenity in the lobby and you can help yourself with mask hair oil , personal care items They also have free work shop in the afternoon and we make Japanese fan , free ice cream dessert in the afternoon."

"Baths were great. They switch the large and small baths between men and women daily. The large bath has an indoor bath, a Sauna and plunge pool, and an outdoor bath made with lava rock from Mt. Fuji. It is quite delightful. Staff was super helpful. There was a free one way shuttle bus on weekends to the top tourist spots. Sign up early as it only holds 16 people. "I loved this property. At first I was hesitant because I read somewhere that this property may have tour groups staying there too, but it was pleasantly quiet here! I appreciated the facilities and the ease of access to everything (food options, shopping, access to underground if it’s raining). I would definitely stay here again.
