"お部屋はとても清潔で使いやすく好感が持てました。少し早く到着したのですが、お部屋の準備状況を確認くださり、30分早くチェックインさせていただくという、柔軟なサービスもありがたかったです。多少京都駅から歩きますが（スーツケースを転がして10分程度）、コスパを考えると問題ないと思います。残念な点は大浴場の清掃です。脱衣所は清潔でドライヤーもrefaで嬉しかったですが、浴室の洗面器や壁、椅子がカビが非常に目につきました。全体は清潔なのですが浴場こ清潔さが重要だと思いますので、行き届きにくいのかもしれませんが清掃の徹底をお願いします。"

"Hotel has great location 3 minute walk from Kyoto train station. Rooms were very comfortable, amenities provided included pajamas and slippers. The onsite free Onsen was great and excellent way to relax at end of day. The hotel’s breakfast buffet was added cost but well worth the price with multiple options. If visiting Kyoto you can’t get a better location for your visit. "

"This hotel had impeccable service, luxurious rooms, great amenities, and a convenient location just steps from Kyoto Station. The in-room massage was also excellent, with an incredibly cheap price. Make sure Google Maps gives you the directions for leaving from the north side of the station. It's only about 200m/yards if you exit that way (towards Nidec Kyoto Tower). If you exit from the south side of the station, it'll take you a weird way over a bridge and through alleys."

"Stayed at 3 different hotels during my trip and this one was my favorite. Nice location with just a 2-mins walk from Kyoto station. 711 is connected to the lobby. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable PJs. Nice shower with very hot water and good water pressure. Fast wifi and tons of info on the TV and the website. The only area that could be improved is the laundry room. There was no trash can, and I found some leftover trash in the washer from the previous user. The dryer also wasn’t very...
