"Petite chambre pour 3, mais tout le reste était parfait. L'hôtel est près de la gare si vous avez beaucoup de déplacement à faire. Le déjeuner est très bon avec plusieurs choix ! Ils offrent des après-midi avec café, gâteaux, et crème glacée. Le soir, c'est des apéros avec bière, vin et saké. Ils offrent également des petites activités en après-midi genre dessins, décorations, etc. Je recommande l'hôtel !"

"This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself."

"Room was clean and the toiletries and towels are supplied well but the room is too crowded for 3 single beds in such a small space. It’s really hard to sleep as well because the bed is hard for my back especially I have a back injury. Location wise, it’s convenient except that the buses are always full and I am on wheelchair. We always take a cab instead for travelling with a wheelchair. "

"The room was really clean, Wi-Fi was great. Having the Family Mart Next door was amazing. The AC was the only downside because it didn’t get very cool in the room. But the rest of the stuff still made the stay amazing"

"20/10!! This has to be one of the BEST Hotel we've stayed at in Japan. For the price we paid, we we're not expecting such comfort, luxury, and space. The hotel feels clean and new, has a modern, yet traditional Japanese vibe. The rooms are enormous and the reception area features a coffee bar, and an ACYE Breakfast area. "Hotel Tou was such a beautiful hotel to stay in. The staff were amazing and helpful. The food was great. Location is kinda far from some of the main attractions in Kyoto however it’s about a 10 min walk to the closest subway station and 8 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. Overall loved our stay there and highly recommend utilizing the utilities such as the onsen if possible!"

"Amazing onsen and staff! The only thing different I would do for next time is not pay for breakfast and eat out since breakfast is only served until 8:30am. Other than that amazing!"

"I stayed there with my family. Whole facility was very clean and the traditional japanese room was very new. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The best perk was the large public bath with multiple indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a sauna. Location was in a quiet neighborhood, but still very central and only one stop from Kyoto Station. We travel a lot and this was one of the best stays we ever had. Can definitely recommend staying there and if we ever visit Kyoto again, we will stay there...
