"De verdad que este ha sido el mejor hotel en el que he estado por mucho. El personal súper amable, me resolvió todos los conflictos que me generó el atraso de mi vuelo. El hotel impecable, la comida excepcional. Me reembolsaron el día que no alcancé a llegar inmediatamente, lidiando ellos con los temas de expedía. Simplemente maravilloso!! "This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself."

The location is very close to Kyoto Stn which was important for us, but because of that the area is buzzing with tourists and extremely busy and crowded. Not sure if there are quieter areas of Kyoto in April though!"
