"Small but lovely property with friendly receptionist who spoke good English. We stayed in the garden room on the ground floor which was a little dark even during the day, but very nice. Easy walk to the station was a bonus."

"I think it’s an okay hotel. They provided all toiletries which is very nice. The rooms are very small. There is no fitness room. The pajamas and slippers were a very nice gesture, but were not comfortable. Pajama material was too thick to sleep in. The rooms were not sound proof. We constantly heart the traffic music."

"i've booked with this hotel twice already. immediately after my first trip i was adamant that if i came back to kyoto again i had to rebook at this same hotel. the hotel is very close to the subway station and has many convenience stores nearby. it was great having laundry available and the service was very cheap as well. the highlight of this hotel is the onsen there are many different baths. I do wish that the women's bath had an ice bath though as the mens bath did. however the onsen was...
