I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The room design is thoughtful, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bathtub is the perfect size and comfortably fits two people, which made it feel more like a private spa than a hotel room.
One detail I really appreciated was the heated floors — such a small touch, but it made a huge difference, especially after a long day out. The room I stayed in had a unique layout where the shower is accessible both from the hot tub area and directly from the bedroom, which was incredibly convenient and very well designed.
Everything felt clean, relaxing, and well thought out. The attention to comfort and layout really sets this hotel apart. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing, and elevated hotel experience.
We had a great time! Beautiful room with great amenities! Onsen in balcony was the best thing. Room service was on point and all the staff were very attentive and very very nice! On the way back home on a rainy day one of the female staff kindly came outside and helped me carry suit case in taxi. She kindly told me to get in the car first because it’s raining and she said she will take care of suit case. I am very pleased with this Omotenashi service and I have so much respect and appreciation. This place is highly recommended 🙇
