"This hotel was amazing. It was clean and modern. The restaurant was great as were the staff. Couple things to be aware of. Lots of kids which isn’t a bad thing but noise travels really easily in the hotel. You can hear everything. The second is the proximity to the train. While it appears close to the Kyoto station it can be a pain as the station closest is a local station and doesn’t come very frequently. All that said I’d still stay here "

"Rooms were clean and had air conditioning. Staff were friendly and were able to speak English allowing for easy check-in/out. Amenities did include a private bath that could be reserved. It was a short walk from Kyoto station which was great for commuting."

Close to some sightseeing places, just a bus away. The staff was excellent on communicating. Will highly recommend this place! "

"Wow — amazing stay! This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan. The breakfast buffet was incredible — so many delicious options to choose from! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. We also loved the complimentary drinks available all day, which was a nice touch. The location is perfect, just across the street from Kyoto Station, making it super convenient for sightseeing and travel. We absolutely loved our stay...

"Easy check in and check out. 10 minutes walk from Kyoto station. Clean and modern. The only inconvenience was the lack of good light for makeup, but the staff provided a mobile lighted mirror which was perfect. We had the breakfast included and it was absolutely perfect. Staff is very helpful and nice, the restaurant is big, modern and clean. Options for breakfast were impressive, both in quantity and quality. Very good coffee…but they only have one large coffee maker for the good stuff and that...
