"Big room , big bathroom , clean , friendly staff"

"We arrived an hour before check-in with hopes to drop our luggage. Instead, we were told that our room was ready, if we wanted to freshen up before exploring the area. Asked for dinner recommendations and were given a map of the local restaurants to choose from. It rained a bit so they loaned us umbrellas. The onsen were marvelous. Laundry facilities on site. A complimentary shuttle bus to the city's must-see sites. Close to the train station. What more can I say?!"

"Rooms were clean and had air conditioning. Staff were friendly and were able to speak English allowing for easy check-in/out. Amenities did include a private bath that could be reserved. It was a short walk from Kyoto station which was great for commuting."

"Easy check in and check out. 10 minutes walk from Kyoto station. Clean and modern. The only inconvenience was the lack of good light for makeup, but the staff provided a mobile lighted mirror which was perfect. We had the breakfast included and it was absolutely perfect. Staff is very helpful and nice, the restaurant is big, modern and clean. Options for breakfast were impressive, both in quantity and quality.
