"This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself."

"Plenty of shops near by and great place to be in the busy city. Short walk from kyoto station where you can get pretty much anywhere. "

"Room was clean and the toiletries and towels are supplied well but the room is too crowded for 3 single beds in such a small space. It’s really hard to sleep as well because the bed is hard for my back especially I have a back injury. Location wise, it’s convenient except that the buses are always full and I am on wheelchair. We always take a cab instead for travelling with a wheelchair. "

"The hot tub jetted rooms are nice, and they have nice basic amenities. The shower setup makes it hard to bathe with the window/blind setup. "

"We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and reasonable size. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a quieter area of Kyoto, mostly accessible by bus or walking but just a little further away from tourist hotspots. The mini fridge was pretty useless as it wouldn’t get colder regardless of what setting we used, and the lobby didn’t have any coffee or snacks until 2:30pm unless you paid for breakfast. We would stay again."

The bathroom was very clean and intuitive to use despite seeming must different from the bathroom amenities elsewhere in the world. The staff were incredibly helpful and sweet, the included breakfast was nice, but they would do well with introducing more variations/changes to the menu."
