"Wonderful clean, spacious and beautiful apartment! Staff all very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for Shinkansen and Toji temple was a must visit. Busy road but not a problem and didn’t stop us sleeping very well. Would recommend!! (Apologies to staff that the umbrella was not returned to holder, it was taken when we left it outside a shop and I forgot to get a replacement) "

"This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself."

"The room size was perfect for our family of 4. The deep bath was amazing after a long day of walking around. The hotel was within walking distance of Kyoto station and a mall as well as the aquarium. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The traditional Japanese breakfast wasn’t a favourite of my children, however there was a Family Mart, Lawsons and 7-11 all within walking distance so breakfast was sorted. There was a laundromat close by as well. I would stay here again."
