"The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Only down side was the onsite Guest Laundry was no working. It was an inconvenience to try and find a laundry mat when my stay was unexpectedly extended."

"My wife and I celebrated a special occasion with a weekend getaway to Red Wing and a stay at the St. James Hotel. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. The staff helped make our weekend even more memorable when they accommodated my request to have roses and champagne waiting in our room as a surprise for my wife. She was absolutely delighted. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the amenities were excellent. The exceptional service and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We look forward to returning in the future."
