"We had returned for another round of days at Mayo Clinic. We stayed here for a previous appointment at Mayo. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Shuttle Staff, Shelly and Eric got us to our appointments safely and in a timely manner. There is alot of construction going on in Rochester making commuting to Mayo Clinic a very anxious prospect. The Shuttle service is a Blessing. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable with enough pillows to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast was good and actually earlier than posted which is amazing in light of needing to catch an early Shuttle. Our room lock stopped working after a long day at Mayo. The desk staff notified maintenance who promptly came and changed the battery and everything was good again. Would like to thank the staff for making a stressful visit so much easier."

"The hotel was very nice and convenient for travel to the Mayo Clinic with direct access to the underground walk way. The room was clean and nice to have the continental breakfast option. Construction was taking place outside of the hotel to improve the Mayo Clinic buildings in the area. The windows seemed to be rather low on their sound proofing ability. Almost seemed like the windows were open at times."

"Close to Mayo with hourly shuttle service. Also parking underground was secure. Good breakfast included and the bar/restaurant very nice too. We will stay here again when my husband gets his other shoulder done."
