"Soap dispensers cumbersome to use hard to read labels. Stayed on fourth floor had elephants checking out at 4:15 am above me-no way normal people could make that much noise for 45 mins Happened next morning with new check in less obtrusive Will definitely request 5th with no one above. Have stayed several times so this was only this stay. Staff is stellar; Linda and Michelle most helpful"
