"Parking ok if you got there early. Hotel is very old and it looked like it. Two trucks sitting in parking lot partially disassembled. Pooled filled with dirt. I only met two staff members. One didnt speaked good English. I will say I slept decent and warm. I stayed for the price but even 72 dollars is too much. No breakfast of any type. Just don't. "

"Nothing worth going to was around it and the owners are awful cussed my wife out for nothing we just wanted to get a room extended to stay and because I got it cheaper online he literally told me a price 50 dollars more and I wasn't staying there unless I paid him"

"this is an ok hotel, but the reason for the low rating is that when I walked into the lobby to check in it was just like I had entered the set of a Cheech and Chong movie. the smell of p*t would knock you down it was so overwhelming. I got a buzz waiting to check in. I could smell it all the way down the hallway and around 2 corners to our room, but fortunately not in the room. I don't know who is running this hotel, but that is just unacceptable."

"I would not suggest courtland inn unless you have NO other options. I paid for a kkng suite and had a room the size of a walk in closet. Renovations are severly needed "
