"Staff was friendly and courteous. Hot breakfast items were slow to be restocked, although it was not busy in the breakfast area. The inner window shade was broken and could not be closed properly. The satellite DirecTV signal was glitching and cutting in and out all night and was difficult to watch. "

"Very poor breakfast requires a lot of improvement, you can't offer rotten banana for customers some food sounds left over from day before, in particular, muffin (gluten free) with no expiry date on the package. A hotel charging over $250 MUST have at least a kitchen to offer room service (minimum burger or sandwiches) while asking the receptionist for room service she replied;; we do room service once every 2 days 🤔, couldn't differentiate between room service and house keeping. On the other hand the receptionist asked us to google for restaurants in the area !!!. If any one forced to make reservation in this hotel he/she MUST NOT accept any room on the West wing of the hotel due to amount of noise from passing trucks/trailers on 95 highway. The only thing good in this hotel was clean and that's because its new. This hotel must be 2.5 star and not 4!!!!"
