Housekeeping came before check out and myself and my guest weren’t made aware housekeeping was every 3 days
Water didn’t get hot enough at all
Shower head spewed hot water in the back and cold in the front: uneven pressure
Spots on the walls
Iron didn’t work
Didn’t have enough towels (I had a double bedroom with a guest)
A/c kept changing to its own temperature.
Paying for parking wasn’t a bad price but I called the hotel beforehand and I should’ve been made aware of...

"The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. The front desk refused to honor an earlier booking I made. I waited several hours in the lobby until rebooking. So I was forced to pay again for a room already paid for. In the meantime I have not receive a refund for the original booking. The manager said there was nothing she could do to assist me other than cancel my original booking."

"El hotel es pequeño, pero las habitaciones están muy bien de tamaño, la cama cómoda, el baño amplio, la habitación nos gustó.
El desayuno muy pobre, el pan muy feo, solo tomamos café.

"The location was great. Easy to use the 500 bus to get to the airport. The breakfast was good and the omelette was made for you . The hotel room was clean . The gym was clean had lots of good cardio machines and did have dumbbells and a cable machine but did lack the standard weights machines. The pool was lovely. Would have been nice to have been able to swim before 9am after the gym but it was well maintained ."

"I was very disappointed in my stay. First off, when booking, there was two options in the photos and I chose the option photo with a walk in shower, however, the room I got had a tub/shower. The room was out dated and small. Bed was not comfortable however the pillows were. Not a quiet night as I could hear the highway noise all night.
