"I booked this hotel to better understand why it was rated so high. Now, I understand. Cleanliness of room/bathroom - impeccable. Hot breakfast - delicious. Staff - friendly with a customer-first mentality. Kickback snacks are WAAAYYY more than just snacks!! If you're a fan of the happy hour at Embassy Suites, Drury puts them to shame! This experience (along with kickback snacks) has caused my wife and I to leave Embassy for Drury. Kudos! You've just gained another customer and we travel A LOT!"

"Early morning check out no one was at the desk. Informed security I was checking out and took the shuttle to airport. Check my credit card a few days later to see if they had released the hold on my card they haven’t. Called to find out why they didn’t check me out yet after 3 days. Couldn’t believe it.
