"Beware that there are two main buildings to the hotel. Marina side, be prepared to walk across a bridge in a hot hallway away from ALL amenities. Main building looks super new and upgraded, but marina building is older and surface level clean. Our room was clean, but looked like someone came in to paint or attempt to upgrade space on a budget. Pool area is small for such a large hotel, don’t expect to get a chair… not enough available. Although we had amenities bands, there was a hut stating we needed to pay for chairs at the beach. We got one time drink tickets upon check in, I guess that was a perk."

"Chose the location for proximity to cruise terminal. Room cleanliness was ok, the carpet dirtied our socks and slippers very fast though. Front desk staff were the sweetest. "

"Front staff is not friendly. Very rushed and employees look annoyed. No amenities like ice or water that are easily accessible in other hotels. Usually there is at least coffee maker or some water bottles. Nearest gas station is over a mile walk They do provide free shuttle to the airport or cruise ships which is a huge plus"

"I did not have breakfast as the small area was packed and could not get place to sit. Upon check in I asked if my room was ready and was told if I wanted to check in early I would have to pay an additional $15 and put on a list, I thought this to be rather odd as in my many years of traveling have never encountered this…I declined give them any more money as I had already payed $300 for the room."
