"This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets."

"Room was clean and comfortable but water was turned off around midnight without warning due to renovation work but not back on until around 9:00am. Staff said it was the city doing work but it appeared to be due to renovation work onsite."

"The staff was very friendly ! The room is very big and space! Room was very cleaned ! We didn’t eat breakfast cuz we had to be in hospital by 545am as outpatient! Parking was nice and safe !"

"I love that the rooms were large. They were clean. The sheets were very clean. The staff wasn’t as friendly the breakfast. It was amazing. It was hot. It was fresh the young lady who cooked the breakfast. She was great. She was friendly. I will return. I didn’t like that some of the customers that were staying or sitting in the back on the grass drinking beer and having a good time I think it’s something that they should’ve done in their room instead of hanging outside sitting in the grass."

"It was really great except the a/c was not working in the lobby areas and the elevator was broken so we had to use stairs to our 2nd floor room. Breakfasts were great! Perfect variety each morning. Staff extremely nice and friendly."

"This hotel/casino is brand new so everything sparkles! The room was suite size. So large and so comfortable! The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was so large, the shower was fantastic with great water, pressure! The casino is fun and we ate at the restaurant with the pizza oven! The pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had!. We parked valet for the convenience! I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"When my flight was cancelled after multiple delays all day long, I booked a room at the Shreveport Marriott. The shuttle driver was so very courteous and kind!! He inquired if I was hungry as the cafe in the hotel had closed for the day and Mr Johnny was concerned I might be hungry after a long day of waiting around the airport. "We arrived at 1 pm and was told we couldnt check in until 2 even though our room was ready, however if i would pay the guy at the desk $45 i could check in then! Everything was so dirty including the pool woth food floating in it, I have pucs of the pool of u want to see them! Breakfast was horrible, nothing replaces when emptied seemed like the staff ate more then anyone! It was a horrible experience!"
